SG-1 encounters the Ha'tak that would become the Admiral Kuznetsov.
The Admiral Kuznetsov is a Goa'uld Ha'tak-class mothership built by Anubis. It was originally going to be named the Invincible, however the french objected to the name.
History[]
In 2002, the Goa'uld Osiris was in command of the vessel when it destroyed Thor's ship over Adara II. Later on, this ship would wind up in orbit of Earth unmanned. After arriving on the ship, SG-1 and several XCOM personnel began exploring when the Sectoids atttacked the Kuznetsov and Earth. During this time it was discovered that the virus on the ship was actually Supreme Commander Thor. Onboard, hidden Jaffa were being funnelled to engage the Sectoids. When the two sides engaged each other, the Jaffa were mowed down, however the XCOM personnel were able to get behind the sectoids and kill them. After disabling the self destruct, the Asgard removed Thor's conscienceness from the ship's computer.
The Admiral Kuznetsov was given the same treatment as the Enterprise and refitted with superior weapons and the ability to launch F-302s. The upgrades to the shields and sensors were also used on Earth's other ships as well as Tollan ships. The Kuznetsov would later take part in the Battle of Antarctica receiving moderate damage that required several months of repairs. After being repaired, it would be patrolling the Tau'ri Protectorate.
